Erasmus Mundus Action 2 India4EU II
India4EU II is an Erasmus Mundus Action 2 project funded by the European Commission and organized by a Partnership of some the most prestigious universities in Europe and India.
The project built on the success of India4EU (www.india4eu.polito.it) and was active from July 2012 to July 2016.
India4EU II provided scholarships to nationals of India to spend a mobility period in Europe on a wide variety of academic fields at different levels of study (Undergraduate, Master, Doctorate, Post-Doctorate and Staff).
The scholarships covered subsistence allowances, travel costs, tuition/registration fees and insurance costs.
Mobilities within the programme were successfully completed. 125 Indian individuals from a broad range of academic areas and levels benefited from the opportunity to broaden their perspective by studying, teaching or doing research in Europe.

The India4EU II Final Meeting was held at Universdade do Porto in Oporto, Portugal on 24th and 25th May 2016.
